Lance P. Chardon II
President | Youth Coach (U12–U15)
Lance P. Chardon II serves as the President of Prankton Soccer Club, where he is dedicated to advancing player development, strengthening the club's culture, and creating meaningful opportunities for young athletes throughout the U.S. Virgin Islands.
In addition to his leadership responsibilities, he coaches the club's U12–U15 Coed program, as a USVI D License coach he is helping develop the next generation of footballers through a player-centered approach focused on technical ability, character, and a lifelong passion for the game.
A lifelong member of the Prankton football family, Lance began his playing career with Coach Subnaik at the Free Will Baptist Christian School. He later became a member of the first-ever Free Will Baptist Christian School soccer team, serving as co-captain alongside current Prankton SC Vice President Andre C. Thomas. He would then continue his soccer training at Prankton United Sports Club, every Saturday in Coach Paul "Jackie" Layne's Grassroots Program from the age of 12. This would lead to him competing at the age of 17 on the senior men's team for Prankton United Sports Club. From 2006 to 2008, he was the a starting striker for the Prankton United Sports Club Men's Team, proudly representing the club at the senior level before moving to Florida for college.
Lance's athletic career extends beyond football. He grew up playing pony league baseball as a second baseman and outfielder. He attended Manor School on a sports scholarship, where he was a standout multi-sport athlete. As a member of the Manor School Eagles Soccer Team, he served as team captain during both his junior and senior years while anchoring the defense as the starting center back. He also competed in tackle football as a starter on the offensive and defensive line and as a backup tight end, with the Private School Pirates, played basketball for Coach Rashidi Clenance on the Good Hope/Manor School Pirates, and captained the Manor School Eagles Volleyball Team during his senior year, earning the team's Most Valuable Player (MVP) award.
In recognition of his outstanding athletic achievements, Lance received the Virgin Islands National Guard Sports Achievement Award in both 2006 and 2007.
Today, Lance remains committed to building Prankton Soccer Club into a premier player development organization by fostering excellence in coaching, leadership, community engagement, and youth development. He has completed his U.S.V.I Soccer D Coaching License as well as many certifications via United Soccer Coaches and NFHS. His vision is to create an environment where every player has the opportunity to grow, compete, and succeed both on and off the field while proudly representing the values and traditions of Prankton Soccer Club.
Farhaad Z. Mohammed serves as the General Secretary of Prankton Soccer Club, where he plays a vital role in the club's daily operations, administration, and long-term development. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, he serves as a Youth Assistant Coach, helping to develop the next generation of Prankton players through a positive, player-centered learning environment.
Farhaad's football journey began in 2010 while competing in the St. Croix Elementary School Soccer League. He further developed his passion for the game through Coach Paul "Jackie" Layne's Saturday grassroots training sessions at the St. Croix Educational Complex Field, where he built the technical foundation and love for football that continues to guide him today.
He attended the School of the Good Shepherd before continuing his education at Deer Park High School in Texas. While living in Texas, Farhaad became a successful multi-sport athlete, competing in basketball from 2014 to 2017 as a point guard and shooting guard, while also contributing at power forward when needed. In 2015, he had the unique opportunity to participate in a private instructional session with NBA Hall of Famer Hakeem Olajuwon, gaining valuable insight into leadership, discipline, and high-performance athletics. Following high school, he was offered an opportunity to continue his basketball career at San Jacinto College, but chose to pursue a different path while remaining committed to athletics and personal growth.
In 2024, Farhaad joined the Prankton Soccer Club Men's Team, reconnecting with the club where his football journey first began. Inspired to give back to the game, he quickly expanded his involvement by pursuing formal coaching and officiating education.
In 2025, Farhaad became a Certified Soccer Referee and earned both the U.S.V.I Soccer D Coaching License and U.S.V.I Soccer C Coaching License, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and raising coaching standards within the local football community.
As General Secretary, Farhaad oversees key administrative functions that support the club's operations, communication, and organizational effectiveness. As a Youth Assistant Coach, he works closely with the coaching staff to create a positive, structured environment where young players can develop technical ability, confidence, discipline, and a lifelong passion for football.
Dedicated to the growth of Prankton Soccer Club and football in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Farhaad is committed to serving players, families, and the community while helping build a strong foundation for the club's future.

Andre C. Thomas serves as the Vice President of Prankton Soccer Club, bringing decades of playing experience, leadership, and a deep passion for developing football within the U.S. Virgin Islands. A lifelong member of the Prankton family, Andre is committed to preserving the club's proud tradition while helping shape its future through strong leadership, player development, and community engagement.
Andre's football journey began at the age of eight in Coach Paul "Jackie" Layne's Grassroots Program at Sion Farm Field, where he developed the foundation of his love for the game. He later played for Coach Subnaik in school becoming a member of the first-ever Free Will Baptist Christian School soccer team, serving as co-captain alongside current Prankton SC President Lance P. Chardon II. During his elementary school career, Andre finished as the runner-up in the school league Golden Boot race, showcasing his attacking ability at an early age.
He continued his football development at St. Croix Educational Complex High School, where he played under Coach Jackie Layne and served as team captain during both his junior and senior seasons.
At just 16 years old, Andre joined Skills FC for the 2004 season before returning to Coach Jackies football home with Prankton United Sports Club, now known as Prankton Soccer Club. Following high school, he attended Monroe College in New York. After impressing the college's soccer coach with his technical ability while juggling a football, Andre was invited to train with the team. He earned an opportunity to compete in a preseason friendly, but an unfortunate posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) injury brought his collegiate playing career to an early end.
Andre returned to St. Croix in 2008 and rejoined Prankton United Sports Club, where he excelled as a wingback and sweeper. He made an immediate impact by scoring in his first match back with the club against Rovers SC and went on to become a key contributor for the senior men's team.
His performances at the club level earned him multiple selections to the U.S. Virgin Islands Senior Men's National Team, proudly representing the Territory in international competition.
Today, Andre continues to serve the club that helped shape his football journey. As Vice President of Prankton Soccer Club, he is dedicated to creating opportunities for young players, strengthening the club's operations, and ensuring that future generations experience the same mentorship, discipline, and sense of family that defined his own development under Coach Jackie Layne. His leadership reflects Prankton SC's commitment to building players of character, serving the community, and advancing football throughout the U.S. Virgin Islands.
